Welcome to Sri Vyasatirtha Samshodhana Pratishthanam

Sri Vyasatirtha Samshodhana Pratishthanam was established with the vision of nurturing dedicated young scholars and inspiring them to pursue an in-depth study of the Śāstras. The institution encourages rigorous research, the exploration of unexplored areas of Indian knowledge systems, and the generation of new scholarly insights that enrich the world of Sanskrit learning and Dvaita Vedānta. It also provides opportunities for advanced research and higher learning, fostering the next generation of scholars in the traditional and academic study of Indian philosophy.

The Pratishthanam is equally committed to preserving India's invaluable manuscript heritage. It identifies, collects, conserves, and critically studies rare manuscripts preserved in monasteries, libraries, research institutions, and private collections across the country. Through systematic preservation, critical editing, publication, and dissemination, the institution strives to safeguard these priceless treasures and make them accessible to scholars, students, and future generations.

The institution commenced its journey by publishing the traditional scholarly texts and scriptures of Sri Vyasaraja Matha. In the years ahead, it also aims to support and nurture young scholars by providing opportunities for advanced research and higher learning.
The institution’s library currently houses around 5,000 books, serving as a valuable resource for students and researchers. This research centre has also been recognised by Karnataka Samskrit University.
